Okay, so guess who just won First Prize in the Funniest category of the ESA Hubble Pop Culture contest. Yea, Rachel! It’s a bit odd that the judges considered her piece funny. Clearly, they had not read her post about John Grunsfeld’s zenlike commitment to the fiddly bits of work necessary to maintain the Hubble telescope. But whatever. Rachel rocks and she won!
