I love everything that crazy-quilter Allie Aller does, but I’m especially fascinated by her floral work. Her recent post about her experiments with making millinery-type flowers had me huddled with my face up close to my monitor, studying each illustration intently. Now she’s showing us how she put some of these lovely creations to work on a crazy-quilt block she’s creating for a charity quilt. Gorgeous! Originality plus flawless execution. That’s why Allie’s a crazy-quilt rock star!
