Birthday presents for you!

August 2, 2011 by Denise Felton 274 Comments

For me, September 2 will be one of those birthdays that end in zero. I kind of hate to see this decade end. It has brought so many wonderful things into my life, including this gig at CraftGossip, which still rocks my face off. On the other hand, I know it is the beginning of an awesome new decade. I can hardly wait to see what happens next!

So I’m celebrating with lots of birthday presents…for you! Thanks to some epic sponsors, I’ll be having a giveaway nearly every day of the month running up to my birthday. Each giveaway will be open for a week. Winners will be announced each Sunday for the contests that ended that week, and the prizes also will be mailed weekly.

To enter, just comment on the giveaway post–one comment per post, please. (Duplicate entries will be deleted.) You can enter as many of the giveaways as you like, even if you’ve already won one. Each comment will be assigned a number, and the winner will be determined by the online random number generator. Be sure to include your email address in the proper field on the comment form. (If I have no way to get in touch with you, your entry will be disqualified.) When you win, I’ll send you an email with the subject line, “You won a CraftGossip giveaway.” (Watch for it.) You’ll have 48 hours to respond with your snail mail address. If I don’t hear from you before the deadline, I’ll pick another winner.

So there you have it: The rules for a glorious month full of books and needlework kits and perhaps an item or two created by yours truly. Happy birthday to all of us!

Edited to add: These giveaways are open to all CraftGossip readers, wherever in the world they may live.

Edited again to add: Precious friends, you cannot enter the giveaways through this post. This is just a list of the rules. You have to enter each giveaway separately by commenting on the giveaway post. Go to CraftGossip’s giveaway page to see all of them.

First of all HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! And stay young and crafty at heart!
Now these birdies are so sweet. Some time ago I made a bunch felt birdies but they were not as cute as yours. I gave them out as Christmas gifts.
I call my 3yr old daughter ‘my little bird’. I would very much like to be a lucky winner of this excellent book.

I am looking forward to the age that ends in 00.
We have a bunch of 99s but no one has made it to 100 yet that I know of. I’m only a little over half way there.
